PIP Announces New Appointments and Additions in 2014

Latham, NY - January 9, 2014, Protective Industrial Products is once again pleased to announce the following additions and appointments to fuel our growth and innovation.

NEW ADDITIONS

Joining us as Product Specialist, Hand Protection is Gary Schuh. Gary will be responsible for promoting, training and supporting our customers in Illinois and Wisconsin. Since 1997, Gary has held positions with Grainger, Kimberly Clark, Wells Lamont and Craftsman's Tool Division of Sears. He holds a BS in Communications from TCU in Fort Worth, TX and an MBA from Lake Forest School of Management.
As part of our continued growth in consumable safety products, we are announcing the addition of a new Safety Eyewear Product Manager, Kurt Matejka. Kurt comes to PIP with nearly 10 years of experience in eyewear. Most of his career has been with Silhouette Optical in key product management and technical support roles. Kurt holds a Bachelors and a Master's Degree from State University of New York. He will work out of our new PIP headquarters in Latham, NY.
We also take this opportunity to announce two new field sales representatives from our agency-partners Process Marketing Group. Jim Wojcikiewcz will be responsible for the Industrial channel in Illinois and Dan Kelley will be responsible for the Industrial, Construction and Electrical channels in Wisconsin.

NEW APPOINTMENTS

We are equally pleased to announce new appointments that are critical to our continued success.
Joe Milot III is now SR Product Manager, Hand Protection. With nearly 10 years of field and product experience, Joe is charged with leading our key product line. His role will focus on innovation, product/market alignment and development of new sales tools. His previous positions as Key Account Manager and Product Manager make him particularly suited for this exciting challenge.
Chris Barrington has been promoted to the position of Regional Sales Manager, PPE Specialist. Chris joined PIP in April 2011 and has supported our PPE sales in a number of regions in the Midwest. Chris will now be charged with leading our sales team in the Industrial, Construction, Electrical, Fire and Jan/San channels in Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota and the Dakota's. Chris will continue his responsibility as PPE specialist in the region.
Gary Klee is now promoted to the position of Product Manager, Above-the-Neck. In this position he will be responsible for product lifecycle and innovation for our expanding Head and Hearing Protection product lines.
