Protective Industrial Products, Inc. Acquires Ultimate Industrial – Established UK-Based Market Provider of Hand Protection and Other PPE Products

LATHAM, NY – June 21, 2023 – Protective Industrial Products, Inc. (“PIP®”), a global leader in personal protective equipment (PPE) including hand protection, above-the-neck protection, workwear and footwear, proudly announces that it has acquired Ultimate Cleaners Industrial, Limited (“Ultimate Industrial”), headquartered in Wolverhampton, UK. PIP®, with over 30 locations around the world, is a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners.

Established in 1986 as a family business, Ultimate Industrial has become a UK-based market leader in innovative PPE and hand protection products marketed under leading brands such as UCi™, Hantex® and Traega®. As a longstanding PPE supplier, Ultimate Industrial has strong and trusted relationships with a broad and diverse customer base.
